The Process

After your initial contact, the signing of a Pre-Action Agreement and payment procedures are completed, all parties meet the Settlement Facilitator.

Once relevant information is provided, the Settlement Facilitator will assist with identifying the real issues of the dispute.

The Settlement Facilitator will also educate the parties about all other options available to proceed to settlement of your particular dispute.

If we identify an issue for which an Expert would be of benefit, this is organised at times convenient to all.
